Would you like to recognize your former professor or a colleague for their excellence in the classroom? The Society's Outstanding Accounting Educator Award recognizes full-time accounting faculty who are actively involved in the accounting profession. The winner will receive an award of $1,000 to further his/her professional development and a matching gift will be given to the college's accounting department in their honor. Educators who are noted for their teaching abilities but are now predominantly involved in administration or research are also eligible. The MSCPA Academic and Career Development Committee will review the nominations and select a winner who will be recognized at the May 19, 2010 awards ceremony.
