Rules & Regulations

The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Public Accountancy grants certificates and licenses to practice public accountancy to qualified individuals who comply with the requirements of the statute. The Board requires insures that licensees have complied with all continuing education requirements necessary to renew their licenses.

Member Discount Policy

Discount applies to Society members and members of any other state CPA society. Listed prices reflect the discount. Nonmembers must add an additional $50 to all full-day course fees, unless otherwise stated.

Seminars

Cancellations must be received three business days prior to the seminar for a full refund. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to cover food and beverage costs that have been guaranteed to the facility. No refunds will be made in the case of a no-show registrant. Substitute registrants are welcome.

If any other state society of CPAs, you’re welcome to take advantage of our member discount pricing. All CPAs are eligible for MSCPA membership.

Confirmations

Online registrations are confirmed by e-mail within one business day. If the Society does not have an e-mail address for you on file, you will receive a confirmation postcard by mail. If you receive neither after one week, please call the CPE department. To provide us with a correct e-mail address, update your profile.
