3/7/08 Breaking News - DOR Grants Extension Period for Working Draft Directive 08-XXAt the request of practitioners, the comment period for draft Directive 08-XX, The Massachusetts Income Tax Treatment of Contributions on behalf of Partners and Other Self-Employed Individuals under a 401(k) Plan, has been extended until March 21, 2008. The Directive will remain effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2008.
