The accounting profession landscape continues to change, expand and adapt to new circumstances. This change does not restrict itself to public accounting, business and industry, government or any one element of the profession. Technology, government regulation, new success skills and disruptive businesses are just a few examples of the changes the profession faces on a daily basis. This session will cover hot topics of technology and opportunities on the horizon, as well as update attendees on Association of International Certified Professional Accountants’ initiatives to keep the accounting profession on the forefront of this wave of disruption.
