Finance, audit, and HR professionals will learn how to develop an effective and meaningful ethical culture by establishing the tone and standards of the company; partnering with leadership to exemplify how ethical practices lead to success; and resolving issues that could currently be impacting moral and profit.
- Participants will be able to create company policies that serve as clear guidelines for employees and give leadership the tools to reduce turnover, fraud, and profit leakage
- Participants will be given specific actions to take in prompting the organization to acknowledge that ethics policies, alone, are not enough
- Participants will have examples of escalation steps to resolve critical incidents
