Managing Expectations is a critical skill for every practioner regardless of level. It's especially important when there are competing work and life demands.
This course is designed for women and seeks to collaboratively problem solve methods of enhancing the participant's ability to manage expectations in a variety of situations. In addition to the learning objectives below, there will be a number of facilitated sessions for participants to network and share common experience and challenges.
- Collaboratively determine and discuss the significance of managing expectations for women.
- Highlight the importance of balance and the role that it plays in enabling our ability to manage expectations.
- Discuss the common barriers that inhibit our ability to managing expectations. Develop solutions for resolving the barriers.
