What is a Firm Ambassador?
MSCPA Firm Ambassadors are an elite group of young professionals who serve as a link between their networks, their firms and the MSCPA. Serving as an MSCPA Firm Ambassador is a great way to build valuable leadership skills, make lasting connections and cultivate community within your firm.
Benefits to the Firm Ambassador
- Build leadership and business communication skills;
- Gain recognition as a leader in your firm and your professional community; and
- Expand your network and connect with young professionals.
Benefits to the Firm Ambassador's Employer
- Promote your firm's participation in the MSCPA's Firm Sponsored Membership Program and raise awareness of membership as an employee benefit;
- Provide "concierge" service to young professionals; and
- Strengthen the relationship between the firm and the MSCPA.
Benefits to the MSCPA & Its Members
- Share valuable resources, info and updates;
- Bridge the connection between the MSCPA and future leaders; and
- Promote the value of MSCPA involvement and event attendance.
Requirements
- MSCPA member; and
- Senior or manager level.
Commitments
- Two-year term;
- Kickoff event and training;
- Bi-monthly calls; and
- If available, attend young professional events and the MSCPA Annual Meeting.
