Fall Updates from the MSCPA: Scholarship Opportunities, Upcoming Events & More!

We hope you are well. Applications are now open for our Diversity & Inclusion scholarship! Please read below for more information.

High School Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship Opportunity

If you have attended ACAP or C.A.M.P. in the past, this opportunity is for you! We are excited to share that applications are now open to apply for the High School Diversity & Inclusion scholarship! The deadline to apply is March 13, 2020.

This past May, the MSCPA was thrilled to provide $1,000 scholarships to eight ACAP/C.A.M.P. summer program graduates who have decided to pursue a degree in accounting. Students are eligible to receive continued financial support towards their education in scholarships throughout their college careers.

If you have graduated from an MSCPA summer program, please apply for this scholarship at mscpaonline.org/hsdischolarship. Scholarship winners can renew their scholarship throughout their college career, with awards amounting up to approximately $10,000.

"Is Accounting for Me?" Fall High School Student Conferences

Join us for an exciting day of exploring the accounting profession! This event includes interactive activities, opportunities to network with students from local high schools, a chance to engage with professionals and college faculty as well as a taste of the college life.

There is no fee to attend. Please notify your business teacher if interested or contact one of us directly to register.

Upcoming Conferences
When: Friday, November 22
Where: Merrimack College – *note the new location.
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Please note that the deadline to register is next Friday, November 8.

*Continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. and lunch is included.

When: Friday, December 6
Where: Bentley University
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

Please note that the deadline to register is Friday, November 22.

*Continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. and lunch is included.
