CEO CORNER

Dear Hannah,

Greetings from Mohegan Sun! I’m writing to you from our New England Practice Management (MAP) Conference and have spent the last three days networking with 150 firm leaders and learning from industry experts. The buzz here is about new ways to think about the profession and practice operations. Recent technology advancements are affecting everything from revenue streams to client communication, and firms must adapt to these changes if they want to remain in business.

I’ve enjoyed talking with members in between sessions, and it’s clear that the firm leaders in attendance are committed to their teams and successfully navigating their practices through this transformative time. It’s been an exciting three days, and I’d like to thank the members of the MAP Committee and Society staff for making this conference a success!

Have a great weekend!

Amy Pitter
MSCPA President/CEO
