Join fellow MassCPAs members and CFA Society Boston at Fenway Johnnie's on May 30 for a fun night of networking before heading to Fenway Park to see the Red Sox take on the Detroit Tigers.     This is a members-only event. Seats will be in the Right Field Grandstand, and you can register for 2 tickets per transaction.

Get an introduction to the game of golf! This two-hour group lesson will help you become more comfortable with golf, both as a sport and as a business tool. A professional instructor will show you how to swing, chip and putt in a non-intimidating, fun environment. If you need to tune up your game, are a beginner or have never played, this group lesson will help you play your best. You'll leave the clinic with more understanding and a better swing, and join the tournament players for lunch in The Clubhouse. 8:45am - 9-Hole Outing Begins10am - Clinic Begins12pm - Networking 12:30pm - Lunch & Awards

CPA Day at the Massachusetts State House Join MassCPAs members for our first ever CPA Day at the Massachusetts State House — an opportunity for CPA professionals to attend a briefing on legislative issues that the CPA profession is facing and hear from legislators on why advocacy is important.  What to Expect: Our agenda will feature a short briefing regarding legislative matters that affect the CPA industry followed by remarks from legislative leaders, senior staffers and key influencer shaping policies pivotal to the CPA profession. Following the formal program, there will be the opportunity to drop off a MassCPAs CPA Day packet at your Representatives' and Senators' offices. Who Should Attend:This event is made for professionals eager to grasp the legislative process and looking to be an advocate for the CPA profession.  When and Where: Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 26, from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Please enter the State House via the General Hooker entrance on Beacon Street, where MassCPAs staff will be on hand to guide you. Why It Matters: Your voice as a MassCPAs advocate is instrumental in informing legislative leaders' decisions. By bridging the gap between government and profession, we contribute to informed, inclusive, and responsive governance. Wind up for the Karter Kup Tennis Scramble on the grass courts of the Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI! All members and their guests are welcome to play.  Non member guests must be registered by a member. This is a fun day on the courts and all levels are encouraged to participate.  Lunch will be served at 12:30pm! Please note, all players must dress in tennis whites while playing on the courts (coloring in white shoes is permitted). Players must bring their own racket, but tennis balls will be provided. The clinic is open to all members and their guests (non-members must be registered by a member). Whether you're a beginner or brushing up your skills, all levels are encouraged to participate.
