The Guide is now digital to meet students and young professionals where they are — online. Potential new hires will search for internships and employment at firms that match their interests, so tell them what sets yours apart!
What’s NEW in the Career Guide:
- Get your firm to the top of the search results with a featured listing for $840 per year.
- Visitors can select up to 3 firms to compare, so make sure your information is up to date!
- Your listing can be updated throughout the year as new employee benefits, services, locations, etc. are added.
- MassCPAs Firm Sponsored Membership (FSM) firms receive a 10% discount on their listing.

The Career Guide is now offered exclusively online, as more students and young professionals are using the internet to conveniently find career information. The online Guide is interactive, allowing visitors to compare firms and search based on their interests.
The Career Guide is promoted to high school and college students, career services departments and accounting faculty. We also encourage educators to share it within their classrooms and families.
Subscriptions run on a calendar year and will be active until December 31.
Yes, they are separate. The Find A CPA Directory is where firms advertise their business to potential new clients. The Career Guide is designed for firms to reach future new hires, whether it’s for internships or employment. Firms enrolled in the MassCPAs Career Guide will also need to create a listing for the Find A CPA Directory if they want to be listed on both.
