Yoga Nidra (5/19)  |  7:00 p.m. EST

End your day with some yoga nidra (aka yoga sleep). While we aren't trying to actually fall asleep, class will guide you through a relaxation script while you lay down or sit comfortably. We'll start with a mini session of stretching to allow the body & breath to settle in and then move to yoga nidra.

What to bring to class: yoga mat, yoga blocks, bolster, pillows, blanket (any prop to allow yourself comfort and support during stretching and active rest).
